Breach of Contract Notice (Notice to Remedy)
A formal notice that the other party is in breach, giving a reasonable time to remedy before you act on it. In SA contract law you generally cannot cancel for breach unless the contract allows it or you have first given proper notice to remedy - this notice creates that step.
