Final Demand Letter (Before Summons)
The final demand after an earlier letter of demand has been ignored, the last step before issuing a summons. It restates the debt, gives a short final deadline, claims the prescribed mora interest, and warns that proceedings follow. SA has no Security of Payment Act, so this is the contract-and-courts route.
