Standard trading terms to attach to every quote so the same rules apply to every job - payment terms, variations, retention, exclusions, ownership of materials and the dispute route. SA has no Security of Payment Act, so these terms are what govern non-payment, defects and disputes.

When to use this

- •You want the rules to govern, since SA has no Security of Payment Act
