    On site

    • A serious incident must be reported to the Department of Employment and Labour -- see the site-incident card
    • Know your nearest hospital and the site address before you need them
Re-verify every crisis number on the day you print, and never let a sponsor near the mental-health lines. SAPS 10111 and ambulance 10177 are the national numbers; some metros also run their own emergency lines.
