- EMP201 - PAYE, UIF and SDL for June due by the 7th.
- Income tax filing season for individuals is usually open. If you are a provisional taxpayer your deadline is later, but gather your documents now.

- Check your COIDA Letter of Good Standing is current - many main contractors will not let you on site without it.

What the law actually says
- •South African tradespeople have to meet several deadlines run by different bodies: SARS for income tax, provisional tax and VAT under the Income Tax Act and VAT Act; monthly PAYE and UIF where you have staff; the annual COIDA Return of Earnings to the Department of Employment and Labour (window 1 April to 30 June); and keeping registrations like CIDB and NHBRC current. Missing a SARS or DEL deadline brings penalties and interest, so this list helps you stay ahead of them.
