Run a toolbox talk your team will actually remember, and a sheet DEL will accept.

For site supervisors tired of downloading generic PDFs nobody reads. Pick from 20 pre-written topics or write your own, get a signed sign-in sheet.

Toolbox talks are expected on every commercial site and increasingly on larger domestic jobs. If someone gets hurt, one of the first things DEL asks is "Was there a briefing? Where's the record?"

Pick a topic from the library or write your own, add your attendees, download the signed record. No charge, no signup.

Disclaimer: This tool helps you record toolbox talks. It does not replace formal training or competence assessment. The talk outlines provided are starting points - adapt them to your specific site and job.

    What the law actually says

    • The Construction Regulations 2014 (under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993) require you to inform and train workers about the hazards of their work. A signed toolbox talk record is how you show you briefed your crew on a specific hazard before they started.
