What the law actually says
- •Under Construction Regulation 10 of the Construction Regulations 2014 (Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993), a written Fall Protection Plan is required for any work at a height of 2 metres or more. The plan must be drawn up by a competent person and put in place before work starts.
