What this tool does

What kind of work do you do?

What the law actually says

•The CIDB Act 38 of 2000 requires registration to tender for public-sector construction works.
•The Housing Consumers Protection Measures Act 95 of 1998 requires every homebuilder to register with the NHBRC and enrol every new home.
•The Electrical Installation Regulations 2009 (under OHS Act 85 of 1993) reserve issue of an Electrical CoC to a DEL Registered Person.
