What kind of work do you do?

    What the law actually says

    • The CIDB Act 38 of 2000 requires registration to tender for public-sector construction works.
    • The Housing Consumers Protection Measures Act 95 of 1998 requires every homebuilder to register with the NHBRC and enrol every new home.
    • The Electrical Installation Regulations 2009 (under OHS Act 85 of 1993) reserve issue of an Electrical CoC to a DEL Registered Person.
